Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Amma Ji Health and Hope Foundation. Your generosity helps us carry out our mission and support social, medical, and community welfare causes. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a donation.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Amma Ji Health and Hope Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, except as mentioned in section 2 below.
2. Donation Return Policy (5 Working Days)
In special genuine cases such as incorrect payment entry or accidental donations, donors may request a refund **within 5 working days** from the date of the transaction.
Refund requests submitted after 5 working days will not be eligible.
Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Amma Ji Health and Hope Foundation management.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions
If you believe a donation was made in error or a duplicate payment was processed, please contact us within **5 working days** with valid proof of transaction.
4. Payment Gateway Issues
In the event of failed or pending transactions due to technical issues, the amount may be refunded automatically by your bank/payment provider. If not, please send us the transaction details for verification.
5. Receipt & Documentation
For every successful donation, a payment receipt will be issued to the donor.
Please keep the receipt for any refund or payment inquiry.
6. Required Information for Refund Review
Please provide the following details when requesting a refund:
- Full name
- Date of transaction
- Transaction ID / UTR number
- Donation amount
- Payment method
- Proof of payment
7. Processing Time
Refund processing (if approved) may take **7–15 working days**, depending on bank procedures and payment gateway settlement cycles.
8. No Refund After Utilization
If the donation has already been utilized or allocated for ongoing welfare programs, medical support, or community aid, no refund will be provided.
9. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Recurring donations (monthly or yearly) can be cancelled anytime by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future payments, but past donations remain non-refundable.

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
