At Amma Ji Health and Hope Foundation, we are committed to promoting women’s health, dignity, and menstrual hygiene in rural and underserved communities. Through our Sanitary Pads Initiative, we spread awareness about safe menstrual practices and ensure that affordable, hygienic, and eco-friendly sanitary pads reach girls and women who need them the most.

Our foundation conducts menstrual hygiene awareness camps, distributes free and low-cost sanitary pads, and educates communities to break taboos surrounding menstruation. We aim to empower women with knowledge, improve school attendance among adolescent girls, and build a healthier society where menstrual health is treated with respect—not stigma.
